I was following the news on twitter all night (at least its good for something) and knew a deal would be soon, but I didn't last until 6am when news finally broke.

GO FLYERS!

Plans this season are for one home game in philly, and a couple caps games. My thanks to folks who say they will boycott; better seat selection for the rest of us.

I have heard the first game is on the 31st of January but NHL.com says nothing yet...

Bettman said they cannot start later than Jan 18th(one week after jan 11th deadline) so i expect games on the 18th at the latest
