It depends on what you're going for. Springs/struts are a cheaper more reliable solution. But they won't have all the same features that coilovers have. With coilovers, the market is pretty big and there's a large range in features. If you want a good performing coilover set up, it's going to be expensive. You can get a cheap set like BC, but they aren't going to be nearly as good and can be out-preformed by a decently set-up spring/strut combo.

Ultimately, I will have a modular coilover set-up which should be able to take advantages from both a good coilover set-up while still being, technically, a spring/strut set-up.

Looks good, I went with red. Feels cheap just painting them but they look good from a distance. New calipers someday.

Anyone know how much a new front bumper goes for, some one misplaced their milk crate and left it in the middle of the road the other night.

On kijiji a couple weeks ago there was a non premium bumper for 120 in great shape, I don't know about the premium ones though.

Looks good, I have a maroon color car so I thought gold fits better than red. I just can't wait for spring so I can put the rims on, so it will pop out more.

I'm at almost 66k I think. And with all my suspension I feel like it makes a different sound every other day. Clutch whines when it's cold at start up when I push and release the peddle, I get an annoying squeak from the suspension over bumps and dips in the road(hope it's lack of grease in bushings and not the konis) and I think something is hitting when i turn the car on I just don't know what it is. I hope one day it just fixes it self lol

I'm still trying to fix the rear privacy cover squeak. I tried stretching the spring, tape, everything. Still squeaks.

Oh, and the A-Pillar squeak on cold mornings... ugh

Well I was planning on getting the whole clutch and bearings replaced because its pretty much the same labour and I thought I might as well get the clutch done at the same time, it's 1000 plus tax but I didn't feel like spending the money at the time. After awhile the bearing went and it made my clutch burn so I had no choice lol

Ok that's what I thought my buddy owns Nightshift Performance here in NJ so he said when it's time I'll get his pricing on the clutch and if I help with the labor and do some of the work he'll charge me half so I may have to wait till the shops less busy or the clutch goes but I was thinking that's what I was in for

Amping them? All 4 speakers? My only tip is to get proper speakers. It makes it a hell of a lot easier.

It was mostly the suspension that went out. Had to replace the whole thing cuz 3 were blown. Control arms are questionable. Axle needs to be replaced and my differentials were pretty much bone dry. Battery gave up too. Just hard to afford these things cuz I'm supporting my family where my paycheck don't cut it...lol story of my life. Slowly getting it back up again though :-)

fronts are still fine at 96k and the rears have been clunky since 75k trying to find WRX take-offs for less that $600
