Default Cobb stage 2 question

I was wondering if I could run the Cobb ap stage 2 on my 2011 wrx with an electronic cut out/dump pipe instead of a full turbo back exhaust or would I need a custom tune for that?

Thanks for any help, completely new to this stuff

Stage 2 requires an aftermarket downpipe at a very minimum (a full turbo-back exhaust is recommended for maximum performance). If you are running the stock downpipe with a dump tube/cut downstream, you would run the stage 1 map (that is not a very common mod - you would be better off with a full turbo-back exhaust and stage 2 map).

Yes, but as Bill said it is the very minimum requirement for Cobb's Stage 2 map. You would be better off also installing a turbo back exhaust as well.
