2005 wrx sedan struts, H&R oem lowering springs, 1/4" front spacer, 1/2" rear spacers. The ride is very smooth and feels great!

A few pics from today:

I dropped my 05 XT on 04WRX KYB Excel-G struts and 05 STI springs with Subtle 3/8" saggy butt spacers
. The ride can get to be a tad bumpy, but not intolerable.

Newb question but all my suspension is dead on my fozzy 2000 S and I'd like to turn the story into stiffening/lowering a tad bit while I'm at it... I've read numerous posts on SF forums and NASIOC found most people like me who don't need anything too crazy seem to get by fine on WRX Struts/springs (SEDAN vs WAGON is there really a big difference?)

And my main question is about SPACERS where do you guys actually put them? Between the tophat and the chassis? Where do you get them and are the bolts still long enough on the tophats?

Sedan springs will sag on a wagon.
The spacers go in between the top hat and the chassis. You can order longer studs when you buy the spacers from Subtle: http://www.subtle-solutions.com/inde...th=21_24_76_87

Or is it just struts? I heard you can use GC camber plates and GD springs. A guy said he could sell me complete strut assemblies for 200

I'm jealous of you guys. My FXT won't get lowered for a bit. I know BC just came out with some coils not long ago. Anybody use them in the '14 yet?
