Default NC: need help (timing related) with Sti

Anyone in the area know how to set timing/change a timing belt on an avcs equipped Subaru? I'm located in Graham NC (20-30 minutes east of Greensboro on 40/85, 45-60 minutes west of Raleigh). My timing cover somehow decided it didn't want to be part of my car anymore and tried to take my timing belt with it. If anyone wants to do a housecall and has the tool to take off the avcs cam gear and knows how to set timing I would be ever so greatful for the help. I'm obviously willing to pay! Please only agree to this if you know what you're doing, it goes without saying but I don't have the money to be a guinea pig right now.

Exactly what I need to be done:
Remove old timing belt
Remove passengers side cam gears
Install new rear timing cover
Reinstall cam gears
Install new timing belt

I already have the radiator and fans out. I was actually replacing a busted factory radiator (crappy plastic endtanks) when I noticed the damage to the timing belt. I'm extremely lucky that the belt stopped with the damaged area right in my face. I need this done ASAP...

My brand new (only 2k miles) gates racing belt: r.i.p.
