Default Free areas to play in the snow? Stupid question maybe

So no snow local around seattle this year in the lowlands... Just curious if there is any open parks or free places open to sled or tube around like snoqualmie or places local with snow for the weekend... no crazy monster hills. Sounds stupid question I guess but looking at prices of $20/person to go into the intertube park for a couple hours seems a little silly.

Just can't justify $140 for bringing the family up there seems a bit much 9-11 or 11-1, crazy prices.

I once slid down the hill at the top of Chinook pass on a truck floor mat. Was the best time ever!!! Going east the parking lot was on the left and the hill was straight up from the lot.

Forestry land is free if you get away from the "designated" places. I used to do it all the time back in california.
