Default tried to update my accessport

and now the screen says updating, and i cant connect to it. when i plugged it in, it said there was an update available. i installed the update, and as it was installing it failed 1/2 way thru. now i cant view my logs or anything else.. anyone?

mine says updating and has been doing that for almost 10 mins now. how long does it take?

This last update will tAke a while, as cobb changed the graphics and stuff on the main menu when its connected to the car.

well it's now 6 AM and it's still "updating"...is that normal? lol

Umm no. Call Cobb. They will most certainly help you. It took a good half hour for me to update both AP manager and the ATR software last update.

6+ hours!?! You got a problem buddy!

Make sure you are using a USB 2.0 port when updating the Accessport as on some machines, the USB 3.0 ports can cause issues. Most newer computers will have some 3.0 and some 2.0 ports (3.0 are usually blue). If you only have 3.0 ports, you can use a 2.0 hub to accomplish the same thing. If you have further problems, give our customer service department a call.

yeah that was the problem my Macbook Pro has 3.0 so I went to my 2.0 PC and it works...just did my first data log on the autobahn (hopefully I did it right) and reflashed my ECU with the "Stage 1" map.
