If the Wichita guys want you can meet the group of us in KC and we can all shoot down hwy 70 together. There is still interest growing in KCSubaru, I'm sure we could get anywhere from 5-20 people from here. The trip out there is half the fun anyways.

This is a Subaru only event. Impreza, Baja, forester, tribeca, etc etc all are welcome.

An exception to the rule would be the FRS since it is basically a Subaru.

We're not going to do anything about it really. We are meeting in public areas, public roads, etc. There is nothing preventing them from coming. When I say Subaru Only, I mean that I am only sending the invites and communications to the Subaru Communities. However, it is the internet so the message will get around.

At this time, I do not see any Evos registered on the list, and once we have the solid details of everything I will be communicating with the participants via their preferred form of contact. If they do not register and do not have any of the meet info, I'm not too sure where they would go as the St. Louis area is pretty big.

Can I get the logos of everyone's group that will be attending. I would really like to try and get them on the shirts but also want to keep costs down for every one.
I need KC Subaru, ChiTown Subaru, the Indy group, Arkansas group, and any other group that is planning on attending.

Just so that all know, we are zeroing in on June the 15th and 16th for this event.
Saturday will have the meet and evening group activities available, sunday will offer a morning meet and afternoon cruise for those interested.
More details to come.

Hey, Iowa Subarus are absolutely more than welcome to join this event!!

I want everyone to know that I am in no way trying to exclude any Subaru group at all!!!!! The more the better, it will help us in growing credibility and reputation for the future Scoobapalooza events! This is just the first annual one and basically on our local dollar so I am doing my best to try and put on the best event I can, but definitely need every one's help in coming and supporting the event!!!

As mentioned on our club page, if the funding was there gateway would be awesome, as we could have a show, drag racing, road course and vendors all at the same time!

I am in complete agreement with you. The other planners and myself tried to lock down Gateway, but without the funds we were not able to lock this in for 2013. Looking towards 2014 we would love to have this event at Gateway with maybe an Autox event tied in and other activities. First we need to get through this year and make sure this is a success and something that we all would want to see more of.

Just remember this is the first Midwest event. East Coast and West Coast has Subie Fest and Wicked Big Meet, so we need something in the middle. We'd love for this to be that annual meet.

As far as a venue for the Saturday Meet, we are still in talking with a couple places. The local dealerships it seems have already finished their budgeting for promotions for 2013 before we got to them.

Bear with us while we try to make this an awesome event. As soon as we have some more solid details they will be released.

Awesome. We used to do the World Ford Challenge events at gateway back in the day, it was a great venue. Good location as well as it's easy to get to and many towns nearby to find hotels. Looking forward to seeing what you guys put together!
