help me find a resonator

what brand/type resonator will take out the mid tones and drone but leave me the highs and lows? tia

interested too

got 2010 sti with straight nvidia 3'' and its waaay to loud, annoying on highway and my neighbors wanna kill me

i put resonator on my evo with 3in exhaust and id didn't do anything

i ended up putting 3in in/out muffler from advance auto and car was much much quieter without any effect on power

same road we took on 3in exhaust on turbo is300

now i think ill do same on my sti

just make sure you will choose muffler with most flow and pretty much just a pipe covered in fiberglass around

i put a vibrant performance bottle style resonator on my midpipe. its 3" both ends and like 18" long if i remember. its helped with droning.

just so everybody knows. it isn't volume i'm trying to change but the tone and drone.

There is no such thing as exhaust tone tuning so no one can help you.

As to drone there are some tips in the post titled Exhaust FAQ that you should have read PRIOR TO posting.
