NASIOC members,

I wanted to thank everyone on here who has posted great sticky notes about different turbos, mods, etc. I def did my homework this time around to insure I got my best bang for my buck when it came to my recent upgrade.

I couldnt be happier with the power I now have. Lost of Kudos to all of you, now I know why there is so much noobie ball busting on here. For the people that take it personally, dont. Would you rather someone beat around the bush or go straight to the point? You ask a stupid question and dont search, you WILL get the response you unfortunately deserve.

Recent Upgrades:
2013 Sti - 3019 miles

*Blouch TD06-20GXT 8cm
*Detchworks 850
*DW65 FP
*H.O.A 3 Port
*Cobb AP - Tunned by Church Auto
*Invidia DP
*Cobb SRI
*Q300 Turbo back

344 AWHP with a conservative tune until I get a FMIC and tune with e85. This is enough power for me until I learn the car with this additional power (and respect it..lol).

I am

I took out the resignator in the Q300. But the extra noise came after the turbo was installed. I am looking for something else because on the road in low rpms, it does sound a little ricie.

BTW, the smoke is from a blown Synergy 20G turbo 2 days earlier so there was some oil burn off..BLAH.

Flatulence is only a bad thing if you can't back it up with speed. One of the quietest exhaust systems I've heard on our car is the HKS ES Premium. Bloody expensive, but you get what you pay for. Coupled with your turbo, it may be a nice combo.

OP couldn't be any more correct. Same situation, I have been doing my turbo build based off of information I've searched around here for, and although I've yet to install everything, I am sure I will be more than satisfied. I've had no need to post any questions regarding my build because they've already been answered on here...searching is 10x faster than creating a new post, typing your question that 5 people have already asked, waiting for a response, then having the first handful of people bash you for not searching etc etc etc...

I was looking at the new invidia also. Seriously thinking about purchasing it for my sedan.
