Guys my friend took my car and he was replacing the front left wheel with the spare one then when he came back i tried to open the trunk from the button next to the driver's seat but it was stuck i didnt know what was going on . Finally after alot of time i've discovered that he lift the car from the area under the trunk and gas tank buttons ( he choosed a very weak point to raise from and now if u look at it inside the car its protruding upwards
My question is there any way to make the surface flat again and make both buttons functional again

Take it to a shop. Unless you want to use a hammer.

He lifted from the area under the buttons? Shouldn't affect the car when done right. However, if it did change the body geometry you now have frame damage. Take it to a shop.

Why are you worrying about this at all when your buddy should be paying for it. I would hire AJ Foyt himself to fix the damage and watch your buddy squirm.
