Default Idea for fixing hotspotting

I was gonna post this in one of the threads about changing the color of your cluster but I wanted to be sure more people see it.

I've been seeing people do the cluster mod where you remove the green and put LED bulbs in to change the color. I've also noticed the hot spotting that people seem to be getting on the fuel/temp gauge. My suggestion to fix this is to purchase a neutral density filter acetate. The type used in photographic and videography applications. The purpose of a neutral density filter is to block a certain amount of light measured in "stops" yet be color neutral. The higher the stop the more amount of light that's blocked. I will being doing this mod within the next month and will post my results. Hope this helps. It's my first real contribution to this forum.
