McMaster-Carr is the ****, I'm lucky to have same day delivery if items are in stock. Don't have their catalog in the bathroom though, may cause muscular atrophy and nerve damage in the legs

Grillcraft will sell you their MX mesh uncoated. It is heavy-duty (steel), so it's hard to cut and bend, but it looks great and is the most durable out there. We use it on our Hood Vents.

I have ordered lots of different mesh from McMaster-Carr over the last 20 years. The Grillcraft MX still looks better I think. We also get it for less than the closest equivalent at McM-C.

I used some expanded metal sheet from the Home Depot, looks just like the gr sti grill, only thicker gauge.

Oh man, I use that stuff all day at work.

It's either SS or Galvanized, I can't remember.

Either way, I'll see what I can get from them and if anyone wants this http://www.mcmaster.com/#steel-mesh/=lzcruz

I can get it in 24x72 sized pieces. So I can over size cut for grilles and maybe work out easy shipping for anyone who wants it.

I can get from 144 all the way up to 6.5 so I can get you any size you may want.

I work at a steel plant where we screen product.
