Default Rallyarmor hardware

I'm looking for some hardware to install the Rally Armor flaps in the front. I have tried so many different clips from Lowes/ O' reilly... Nothing can work. I have the spacers, I just need the 3 clips for each side and piece that allows you to screw in the spacer part.

Anyone can help me out? Or let me know what can be used as alternative? (Keep in mind I've tried a ton of clips and the fender liner gets in the way of most of them and pushes it so the holes don't line up or the metal sticks out of the liner)

Thanks in advance.
Drew

I'd just shoot rally armor an email. They are super cool about stuff like that.

They would not send me new washers (broke em at a rally) until I coughed up proof of purchase.. once I did they sent em right out. Just an FYI

^ exactly what he said. I just gave them the original order name/number and they were happy to send me replacement hardware free of charge.

Want to give me your Proof of purchase? lol... I bought the flaps from a member of the forums. They have a banner on the page where you send them an email that says "Hardware is not sold seperately, no exceptions" I sent them an email though before I made the thread so hopefully they'll come through.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass but google "rally armor hardware". It looks like there is a couple useful forum links there.

Hey I just took a set of basic Rally Armors off my car as I'm going to be getting some URs here shortly. I will sell you the hardware from them as the flaps are basically destroyed. If you want it PM with an offer and we can go from there.

I have a set if you want them. Just have to meet me somewhere to pick them up, I'm not shipping them.

Found this old thread and thought I'd share some new information. Most of the Rally Armor hardware can be replaced with a trip to Lowe's. The rubber spacers are fairly standard, the plastic fender washers aren't anything special, and the screws are just wood screws with coarse grooves. We know that replacing the plastic clips with metal clips is bad because in the event of a torn mudflap, we don't want the fender coming off along with it. So nylon clips are way to go. I found this Toyota part number which you can order at a dealership: 53879-22010. I will be ordering these shortly and testing them out.

Also, for reference, the original Rally Armor instructions with hardware list:

Also since this has been bumped. I think I have a baggy with tons of the clips and screws somewhere in my garage. If there's any interest I'll look around for it.

I just installed a universal set on my buddys 93 legacy. We went to Ace hardware and pieced it all together, it was actually really easy... they have everything you will need.

Ace hardware had plastic u-nut clips? Remember, using metal clips will mean that a caught mudflap may tear or pull off your bumper.

Lost my washers backing up into an island in a parking lot. I keep coming across how the washers are easy to find... but I haven't had an easy time finding them. Read in this post to try and shoot RallyArmor an email and I did. I was lucky enough that RallySport has my receipts in PDF format. Sent them the receipt and am hoping they will help me out. I'll Post again with results.

Wow that was fast. Just got an email from them saying that the washers will be on their way! I'm not accustomed to good customer service.

When I was at Home Depot I was considering it. Then i thought to myself how lucky I was that the mud flap, my wheel well liner and bumper didn't rip off during the mishap, it just cleanly popped off. I'm thinking that's why they used plastic instead of metal washers.
