Thanks for the compliment! The car is under-going a few changes right now and updates will come soon. No spacers on the wheels! The tires have a meaty look and it gives them a wider look.

WoW amazing build and the 37 just screams!!! Using the high revs is def. helping you make up for the 06 tranny. I am currently getting my bottom end built but after this, gonna be straight broke! Slowly gonna start getting closer to the 500 range. Inspiration! Def keep updating with pics and video's! Sub.!

Thanks guys. Glad I'm able to pass on the enjoyment of the car to people. Stay tuned to the thread, I am putting together a fresh engine for the car very soon, just waiting on Darton East and some free time. My partner and I just got a shop and we have a few projects going on simultaneously.

Just wanted to start over fresh, the previous engine from the previous owner had been rebuild a quite few times and it was just a tired block. I did not like the bore size and custom piston size and the machine work done to the block had brought the deck height down to the point where I had to run .060 head gaskets to keep things safe.

I'm very excited to be working with a fresh sleeved and o-ringed 99.5 bore with all fresh parts! The car is at my shop right now and the case halves are almost complete at Darton! I will be starting the new build once I get a pile of parts going but I plan on adding quite a few new features!

Oh, and I'm going E85

Default Update!!

After running the engine hard last fall and having a few discrepancies with the 4x rebuilt block, we decided to tear it down and part it out... only to start over with a fresh setup!

I'm shaving over 130 grams per cylinder with the new rotating assembly!

Another Darton-Sleeved EJ25 w/ mild oil galley porting
99.5 Stock bore
Wiseco Custom-Spec 8.3:1 pistons
Carrillo Pro H Beam rods w/ CARR 3/8" Bolts
OEM Induction hardened crankshaft
OEM 10mm Oil Pump
Killer B Oil Pan, windage tray, and pickup (parts look GREAT, Chris)
Rotating assembly is balanced and blueprinted.
Main clearance- .0017"-.0019"
Rod clearance- .0019-.0021"

Heads by FUJI K.... "DDs yo!"
+1 Inconel Supertech exhaust valves
SS Supertech Intake valves
Brian Crower S3 280* cams (worked awesome last year)
2.5 N/A Intake manifold

Switching to E85...
ID 2000s
Twin Walbro 460s
-8 feed -6 return

Exedy Triple Disc Cerametallic w/ HD cover

Mostly the same components as last year as far as turbo and exhaust

Updating with pics soon!

Ever wonder why Evos make such high numbers? Take a look at the crank comparison. Journal size, and oiling holes

If you Don't have one of these..... buy one!!!

Decided to put the pan on since I don't have my heads yet.

Looking good man.

Might end up running one of the 460's on a pressure switch if it gives you problems idling and stuff and if your not already doing that!

Thanks. I was thinking about running the pressure switch, have you incorporated any failsafe into one?

I personally havent. Thats one of the reasons I ended up just using one big pump. If your on an aftermarket ecu though you could setup some fail safe strategies. They are pretty reliable though
