I was looking on their web page, but I couldn't find all the vids for some reason. their site needs a redesign imo. but yeah I figured maybe some people didn't even realize this was a company.

and as for that pic of the wheel peeling its possible they were just peeling it off. I doubt that would happen from just driving.

plasti dip comes in a lot of colors. camo colors, neocn colors, the have clear coat for plasti dip, the have some stuff called metalizer to make the PD look metalic. In order to achieve some of these colors you have to mix different colors. Google it or go to dipyourcar.com.

Before you ask a question about Plasti Dip..

HAVE YOU GOOGLED IT, GONE to YOUTUBE or gone to WWW.DIPYOURCAR.COM?

If the answer is yes, ask what you gotta ask. If no, we are just going to tell you to go those websites anyways and we will tell you everything we weren't too lazy to learn. So get to reading and watching videos.

This stuff is so easy to work with. Most of the questions asked are people OVER THINKING its concept and have doubts. Yes, PLASTI DIP is too good and it is very true. Yes you can buy PD, paint your car and it wont cost you thousands of dollars. Your car will look good too. Yes if you mess up, it peels off. It comes in a variety of colors. It is durable and wont wash away when you wash your car.

There are some great ideas for using plasti-dip in this thread. I am starting to get the itch to try it out. Does anybody have a picture of a bugeye with some plasti-dip black accent on the hood? Looking for more than just the hood scoop, but probably not the full hood.

I just ordered the blaze yellow and blaze green kits. Plus I ordered the plasti dip nozzle dipyourcar.com offers on their site. I plan on doing my stock rims in blaze yellow and my new wann-be RPF1's in blaze green. I think they will look really cool. I will post pics once I dip the rims.

good news is once you order all the hardware, paint is cheap so you can spray friends cars, etc., etc. for much cheaper than them buying a full kit as well. just clean it after each use so it lasts a long time!

The link I posted was the page where the videos are. No need to go anywhere else. But if you were to go to the website, look at the very top kind off at the right. And I mean VERY top. I didnt find it at first either.

Question for those that made gold wheels. How did you get that effect? I know I have to use the Gold metalizer but what is the base color to use? And where do you guys get your Plasti dip?

Plasti dip is flat in color. Its like a satin look. So the black, grey and purple would be matte. They do sell clear coat if you wanted them to be shiny. I have seen completely plasti dipped car with the camo design. Check out DYC's gallery. They should have some pictures of what i am mentioning.
