Default Horribly running EJ255 build from a stock WRX. TUNER/SHOP RECOMMENDATIONS???

Ok so hears my problem. 4 weeks ago I bought a 2004 WRX that had an EJ255 build done only 5k miles ago. Since I drove home of coarse, it starting having issues. Rough idle, "lean bank1" engine code, and over compensating and running rediculesly rich. I have since stopped driving it, and decided to have a look. It's got a lot of mods on tip of the build, from a injen SRI to internals and injectors to a full exhaust. I found the uppipe was blown out on the flex part.
1) could this cause my issues?
However, I also want to get it fully tested and looked over, to fix any other issues a shops mechanic would see, and then get it Protuned to make it permanently running correctly.
2) what shops in the Maryland/Virginia area will do a GOOD job in testing the car (vacuum, exhaust(once fixed with bolt ons), oil, spark plugs, ect), fixing any other problems they find while doing these tests, and once in good mechanical condition tune it using COBB software (as I noticed this is the most commonly used software for subis).
I am in no real rush to get it to any old shop. I need to save up to fix this issue professionally, so I'd love to be referred to a very helpful, reliable, experienced place. It has it's few minor issues, like I found a busted black hose near the turbo, and I would be trailering it to wherever I go, so I'm not too intrested in any fixes... I NEED a good professional shop that can help me out.

If anyone has any experience with shops in my area that have done similar work, please let me know. I'd love to find a good place so I can get in contact with them, and start talking about fixing my issue.

Through other forums and word or mouth I have heard good things about IAG, Agile, and PTuning. Any experience or comments on these guys or another shop?

IAG is very popular for the Subaru's in the Mid-Atlantic, but my friend just got done at PTuning a few days ago and has been pretty happy.

Agile is knowledgeable with Subaru's. They did some work and tuned my speed density setup. I'd def recommend them to anyone
