Default Oil leak issue

I had a sender go out and I reinstalled the OEM plug under the intercooler. Currently it's torqued to 30 ft-lbs, this is what old sender and adapter were supposed to be torqued per the instructions and it did not leak. I let my car idle over some cardboard for about 10 minutes and had no leaks. However after getting up to speed on the interstate I'm having a leak. I've ruled out the cooler and filter. I've got nothing in the breather tube, so I don't think it's a stuck PCV. I cannot find a published torque spec on the OEM plug. Anyone got that? Trying to verify everything before I have to tear stuff down and check the seals.
