Default Zeitronix Install Help Where to tap for power?

I will be installing a wideband and need power and ground, I don't want to splice any stock wiring.

Instructions are very straight forward, tap red to switch power ex ignition +12 and black to ground. What is a clean way of doing so without splicing harness? I have never performed any electrical work so bare with me, cigarrete lighter ok?

pull a low load fuse (like the radio, clock, or whatever)

find the side of the fuse socket that is connected to the positive battery terminal using a multimeter (if you don't have a multimeter, BUY ONE - they're cheap, and every toolbox should have one regardless of how much electrical work you do)

use the OTHER side of the fuse socket to jam your +V wire into

re-insert fuse

Decided to tap power via a add-a-circuit fuse tap. Problem is the fuse that Zeitronix recommends to tap: 12V IGN (red circle) is shared with the SRS Airbag and I rather don't mess with that. Which fuse should I tap then?, I want the gauges ON only when the engine is ON so the Radio fuse (blue circle) is a no go.

Reason is with the wideband O2 sensor for the A/F gauge, I need switched +12V that's only on when the engine is running. The reason for this is that the heater for the wideband O2 sensor will be on when +12V is applied. You don't want the O2 sensor to be heated without exhaust flow.

You only need it on when the you have the key in Ignition I and II right? Tap it into the Radio Audio or Mirror/Cigar with a Tap-a-fuse and a 2.5amp fuse. If its only one gauge tapped into it then you shoud be able to run a lower amp fuse. Those two power lines are Switched 12V+ only turns on when you have key in and turned to Ignition I or II.

Heres a list of the power supplies. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Constant 12V (constant power even when key not in ignition)
Door Lock

Switched 12V
Mirror/Cigar
12V Outlet
Radio Audio
Both SRS Airbag

Need to turn unit on first
Heater Blower - Turn heat on
Illumi - Turn on lights
Deicer - Turn on rear defrost
Wiper - Turn on wipers
A/C - Turn on A/C unit
Stop - Pushing down breaks?

The rest I don't know

^Thanks but what I need is power ONLY when engine is started/ON, hence my question, which fuse is ONLY ON when engine is started.

Thats the switched 12V. It only turns on when the key in ignition. When you start the car all you're doing is supplying power to the starter to start the engine. Switched 12V is the one you're looking for.
