Id suggest you familiarize yourself with BCAE and you will most likely answer your question. It's nearly impossible to diagnose your issue on pictures alone and the description you provided.

Might take you an hour to read through the site but it's worth it!

Plug an old speaker into the sub output on your amp...See if it makes any noise!

Really need more details, but you can try swapping rcas around to see if its an rca issue, or try the sub on a different channel that you know is working. You can also test the sub by touching the wires to the terminals of a drill battery or similar, you should get a popping noise.

Use a meter to check for remote signal power 12v and main power 12v. Does your amp have a light or on signal to view? Most likely not a dead sub.
