Default Need a Fender....Which to buy?

Hey everybody! I have a 1998 OBS that I purchased this fall. I bought it with some driver side fender damage. Can anyone suggest a good replacement fender? I am having trouble finding one in the junk yard.

There are some on the Bay for about $90, primered. But I am not sure about those.

Thanks!

Check car-parts.com for local salvage yards in your area. You may even get lucky and find one in your color.

Or an OEM one from your dealer. Avoid eBay for parts like that.

eBay, Dealer, Junkyard, and car-parts.com are the places to look. Good luck

OEM supplier (dealer or online retailer)
rockauto.com 39.00 + shipping
autopartswarehouse.com 60+shipping

Most local parts houses could probably get a fender for you

any of these sources would be worthwhile. If you've never ordered new body parts before, make sure you inspect the piece for damage before you accept it.

Often a yard part will require the same or more labor to prep for paint...

good luck.

I build my own Fenders

In all seriousness....F&S Auto in Connecticut. Look their website up. Call them and tell them the car and color. They'll give you a shipped price and you'll be able to bolt it on. It's a Subaru-only junkyard.

welcome

Telecaster. Plain and simple. Wonderful tone.
