Thats a question you have to figure out based on your fuel injectors and the % of meth/water injection u want to be able to do. Then divide that by 4 and then you have your direct meth injection jet sizes. Atleast thats how we have done it in the past.

So then what would it calculate out to with 850cc fuel injectors and a 50/50 meth-water mix?

I just got a set of APS duel injector TGVs and Im looking to run direct port through the secondary injectors on the TGVs. This in theory will all be controlled through a AEM 2 EMS. Basically in short a full second fuel system for the meth. Injectors rails regulator pump tank ect...

I have an Aqua Mist V5 system still in the box, but if I can run direct meth with the AEM EMS via injectors through the dual TGVs along with supporting bits Id sell it and put together that said system.

Is my thinking correct??

For direct port application, it would be advisable to use your NIB aquamist system due to better flow control at low to mid range. Pump speed system tends to over inject at those areas.

There are other advantages also.

Stick with the HFS-5. the valve will help you out with multiple nozzles, pressure and dribbling.
I have a direct port kit with 0.3mm nozzles if you are looking.

There is a very good chance of corrosion if you use 50/50.

I had considered doing this, aquamist is right though, the injectors will corrode. There is however a company that makes stainless steel fuel injectors for motorcyles. Pm me, they were hard to find, i want to say from england somewhere.
