Default impreza engine cover

just wondering if any engine cover of another subaru model would fit on an 11 wrx? (preferably one with the most solid surface area i.e. less grills/openings in cover) ...i know its probably taboo to most of you but i have an idea for a paint scheme and was wondering if anyone knew if one would fit or if i could get one to fit with a little finagling

thanks in advance!

IRRC FXT/LGT covers might work.

I had the 09-13 Forester cover on my 09 WRX. You'll need a bracket up front that the cars with engine cover have, takes the place of your current belt cover/guard.

You can also fit the JDM Legacy side covers. Pics of my 09 WRX with those below, the Forester cover needed to be trimmed and I had to remove the strut bar so don't pay attention to the fit there it was pre-trimming. Keep in mind these covers only fit with AVO or stock intercooler and typically not with a strut bar with out major hacking/trimming. You'll also need to remove the little plastic back scoop from the rear of the intercooler duct on the hood. I may still have the Forester cover kicking around if you want it, can't remember of I tossed it when I moved, I'd sell it to you cheap...
