Default TurboXS FMIC guys, question about the throttle body coupler

I just bought a used TurboXS FMIC kit off an 02 WRX for my 02 WRX. I'm finally getting around to installing it and I realize that the throttle body coupler is missing. So I figure "Oh well, I'll just use the factory coupler." Whelp, the pipe that goes to the throttle body is a much smaller diameter than the coupler. I looked at the instructions and they say it is a straight 70mm coupler in the kit.

My question is this: Do your pipes that lead to the throttle body enlarge to fit in the 70mm coupler, or do you have a coupler that funnels down to the 63mm pipe?

I can get a coupler reducer from Mishimoto, 2.5"-2.75", which is 63-70mm, but I was curious if my pipe diameter was supposed to enlarge to 70mm.

Nobody knows?

Anyway, in case anyone else runs into this problem when buying a used FMIC, the 2.5"-2.75" coupler works great.
