Default New to Subaru

Hi all,

I am a proud new to me owner of an 07 STi, obsidian black, no mods. Purchased this year. Used to drive a Lexus so I'm also currently getting used to the new sounds and "charms". Just relocated from Cali to VA and to not see STi's everywhere is definitely new or maybe I'm just not paying attention anymore . I just wish I would of bought one way sooner cause I LOVE IT!

Congrats.

Bone stock on a '07 STi is usually bad news on account of the TERRIBLE factory tune which had a way of breaking piston ringlands on piston #4.

Here's hoping you had a compression and leakdown test done...watch for oil consumption.

If it is truly a stock 07 STI you will want to get a tune for it, for the reason stated above.

Hawkeyes are great looking cars. Like everyone else said get a tune so it will be a great running car too. Lexus to and STi? Must be "feeling your oats"
