Default Grimspeed Downpipe to Exhaust Reducer. Do I need gaskets?

This weekend, I'm installing my full 3" Titek downpipe and linking it to the stock catback. I have the Grimspeed reducer and am curious as if gaskets are necessary on both sides of it, or if it takes the place of the gaskets. I already have the Grimspeed turbo to DP gasket.

It appears you need the standard donut gaskets and a regular flat gasket. See link below.

Why don't you pick up the phone and call the GrimmSpeed guys? They are extremely helpful and someone always picks up the phone right away when you call...
