It looks so bland, and I'm wondering if they didn't show it with the top up for a reason. The 86 phone holder and analog gauges are cool though.

Unsure about that right now. I mean I think it just looks to good hardtop to be changed.

Think the BRZ is a prett good concept, but the interior color scheme leave me kind of cold. what were they thinking here? just seems so out of character.

First BRZ death I've heard about. FYI it was turbocharged. The guy's friend informed us in the BRZ General Chat thread in the BRZ Forum.

Wow, that looks pretty nasty. Perhaps the difference between a sports car crashing and a rally based car? I have seen some pretty gnarly STI and WRX crashes over the years, but not too many with that kind of passenger compartment intrusion.

Godspeed to the driver.

Be careful out there folks.

You're probably on to something there, Mike. I was surprised at how bad that looks because the BRZ is put through the same standards as a Subaru sedan and scored just as high as any of them. Although I'm sure they had to maybe cut the top off to get to the occupants? I hear that Subaru pillars are ridiculous to cut.

In any case, sad to see this happen anytime that it does. It's important to know your limits and the car's, too.
