The 2011 wrx struts will fit, however you will lose some negative camber due to the change in track width. I think. You would be better served by 09 or 10 wrx dampers.

LCA are interchangeable with the 05-09 Legacies, including the aluminum arms used on the 07-09 Legacy Spec B.

Rear Arms: 08-12 Impreza are all the same rear arms including WRX and STI, arms bushings etc all the same on all models. There is a Subaru JDM arm kit for the Impreza, features pillow-ball bushings for the rear LCA and toe arm.
Wow I want those front LCA's really bad now. May I ask how much you paid for them? Also to clarify, the sti bushings on the rear lca's are pillowball but the 2.5i/wrx are not? Also do you think that the sti's rear lca's are any stronger/beefier than the 2.5i/wrx versions? The reason I ask is when installing my new suspension mine tended to flex quite a lot from just trying to get the rear shocks and place and I really did not like that . Any feedback or input is very much appreciated

You should be fine, if anything I would say you would losing maybe .5 degree of camber ability.
Also to Racecomp you should update the first couple posts for 08+ 2.5i/wrx fitment on swaybars. The rears are all interchangeable across all impreza models, grant it the 2.5i models just need the hardware to mount the RSB i.e. brackets and endlinks.

I agree, I have an '09 STI rear sway on my '10 OBS. Fits no problem with the end links/brackets from the STI as well.

Will RCE black springs from a 2010 STi fit a 2011 WRX? Any issues?

So after reading the 02 WRX thread, I know I can use 06/07 STi springs as long as I get top hats accordingly. Would those springs provide any lowering compared to factory springs?

You will also need 921 spacers for the rear struts-to-top hats. Otherwise the top hats will clunk. Go to Turn In Concepts for them.
Those springs will drop about 10-15mm over stock.

Just picked up a 2008 OBS, I'm curious what my options are for a rear sway bar. Will a 2008 Sti or wrx bar work,or should I be looking at an aftermarket bar? This is my first Subaru I previously drove a cobalt ss/sc and can not stand all the body roll. Any help is greatly appreciated

08+ STI or WRX take offs are your best bet. Try to get them with the endlinks and attaching hardware and it will be an easy 5 minute bolt on. The STI bar is thicker then the WRX by 2-3 mm depending on years. I used an STI bar on mine with the stock front and find it a great addition.

In reverse......someone ( me) who has a 2011 WRX who installs say GTWORX/Bilsteins which are made for the 08-2010 WRX..that person would GAIN maximum camber. So the range would be -1.0 minimum to -2.9 maximum. AWESOME for performance.

Back to you. Your maximum camber would likely be reduced to like -.8 and your minimum would go down to like +1.0 which you dont want AT ALL.

Hope that helps.

so, will aftermarket front camber bolts remedy this problem? i picked up some 2012 wrx assembled springs and struts that i want to install on my 08 wrx. my car is only a daily driver...

are there any issues with the rear suspension? with this potential setup?

I know I can replace a stock wrx setup into a 98 forester no problem. I am just wondering if the top hats will match up if I have the struts and springs from the wrx with the top hats of the forester?

That might be okay. The rears are the same 08 to 12 fitment wise.

What fits? 2008+ WRX/Sti stuff? The car is a nice little commuter, but I'd like to improve the suspension....

+1

Subie Newbie here also. It'd be great if OP or someone with more knowledge about the 2012-2013 2.0L, non-WRX version of the Impreza, could post a list of the confirmed upgrades/mods for our vehicles. I know a lot more of us with the 2.0Ls will start popping up and I've been scouring this site for the past few days looking for some mods for my 2013 Sport Limited.

So for I found(though I can't confirm) that a 08+ STI RSB will fit on the new model...?
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...=2012+sway+bar

Not much else though...

EDIT: so I crawled underneath my car today and discovered that yes, there's a OEM rsb on my 2013 Sport Limited so I hopped on the net and ordered the STI rsb, should be an easy swap.

Thanks for the info guys!

To be honest I don't really know much about the latest Impreza. If anyone figures anything out, let me know and I'll update the thread.

so i couldnt find a definitive answer on the forums for this question and the dealerships dont seem to know either.

trying to do a cheap upgrade to replace my blown front shocks on my 2008 wrx hatch. I know the 2009 wrx shocks were slightly upgraded from what im told. and the 2011 shocks upgraded further but from a previous post the bolt patterns dont match up giving the car too much positive camber than you want..

i did some digging and it looks like the 2009 stock shocks theres two different variants.

any one know if the upgraded one is the "WRX TUNED" and if so if it will fit on my 2008 wrx?

thanks for the help

Yes, we have nearly every same suspension component as them (08+ Wrx). Minus the front sway bar of course.

Default StI sway bars on a 2.5

I found stock STI sway bars (04-07) for a good price and I am wondering if they fit my 2007 2.5. I obviously dont want to buy them if they are not going to fit my car. does anyone know if they will fit? im very interested in these to start my suspension upgrades, any help that anyone can give me would be great!! thank you
