Default RA transmission noise only in first gear.

Hey guys,

My 93 WRX type RA has started making an almost cv clicking noise whenever I leave from a stop. Its only when im in first on acceleration. When I start in second there was no noise, decel no noise. Im stumped, maybe just paranoid.

Thanks,
Chris

No twitch or jump, just clicking that gets louder until I shift.

When a cv boots torn and all the grease comes out of it. It clicks as you turn a corner. Thats as close to a description as I could think of for the noise in my car.
