Since you clearly don't understand how this forum works, I have spent my precious minutes of morning poop time, calling out to the members of the SE region. Just simply to show you how.

I'm going to laugh hysterically when you blow up your car.
Stop driving like an *******, you clearly have a serious problem. You need to stop reflashing your ECM. You car is trying to tell you something and by resetting you are basically telling it to go F itself. Try driving the car normal for a few days and see what your A/F Learning values do. Have you not noticed that your MAF values never exceed 150ish g/s? If you had a boost leak your MAF values would be normal, but your boost wouldn't hit target values. Your car is creating pretty severe knock corrections, even after a reflash. That right there should tip you off that you need to stop driving lick a dick. The only other thing that *COULD* create the symptoms you are seeing, is a post maf leak and a broken BCS, or a post maf leak and a severe boost leak. If the MAF isn't registering the full amount of air that is entering your intake, you could infact be running so lean that you cant even produce a full combustion inside the cylinder. If you aren't getting enough out of the engine, you wont spool the turbo so make higher boost. If you truly don't care about your engine (which you clearly don't) add your a/f sensor to your datalog. I'd be willing to bet that you don't see it ever get down near your target a/f ratios. |

You also have quite a bit of perceived knock in these logs, as indicated by the low DAM. You mentioned that you were running 89 octane at some point. This could certainly cause issues when trying to run a 91 octane map. This could cause the DAM to drop as you've seen. Then you reflashed the 93 octane map after filling up with 93 octane gas. If the tank was not near empty, the effective octane could also be lower from the mix of 89 and 93. At this point, I would take the car to a professional Subaru tuning shop and have them do a once-over on the car. Bill |

Were there any change in the AF Learning values and/or how the car drove after you cleaned the MAF?
Have you taken your car to anyone to get looked over yet? Last edited by jebjkey; 03-05-2013 at 05:18 AM. |
