Default 3bar Map and IAT sensor install location for SD

Sensor wise I am going with an OMNI 3 bar map and a GM open element IAT.

Car is currently stock, I am going stg 2 and getting the MAF tune stable. Gather my data and then convert over to SD.

I was wondering where you SD peeps have been installing your MAP sensor and IAT sensors. I read some of the ideas over in the thread on romraider. Anyone have photos of where you installed them exactly? Pros/cons of your location? Heat soak issues?
