Default looking for working ej20g ac compressor

I figured I can get more hits here.

I have a 95 sti ra EJ20G. My ac compressor needs to be replaced so let me know if you have one in working condition. I think as long as you have a jdm ac compressor, I should be able to replace mine without any trouble with the lines.

Or let me know if there are other options. I know an option is to use USDM compressor with AC lines, but not too sure about wiring. I was reading that USDM (newer models) have 2 separate electrical plugs but I only have one... maybe rebuilding it? Not sure where I would find the parts.

okay. I actually was able to jump the compressor so it may just be a refrigerant/leak issue. I got one of those recharge kits with the gauge and it would read 25psi (which is low) the whole time and if I attempted to charge, it would slowly go back down to 25psi.

Probably going to take it to a shop so they can use better tools to service it. If they deem it a compressor issue, def. let me know if you have one

With an angle grinder you can make the USDM compressor fit. Just have to massage the bracket.

Still looking for the right one. Little differences between ej20g compressors.

The ports hook up to USDM Impreza compressors. All you need to do is grind the EJ20g bracket to make the body fit. Took me an hour max. This way you can get a new easily available compressor.

Which usdm impreza? Out of a 2.5rs? What about the 3 pronged electrical connection?

The high pressure line on my ej20g (95 sti ra) did not fit a 96 ej20g compressor... and the same case on another ej20g compressor that another member sent me pictures of. I think there's a difference between 93-95 sti and 96+ sti, even though it's ej20g.

I'll take pics of the differences to explain what I mean.

99-00 Outback Sport compressor and 99 lines. I was assuming this was an engine swap and you kept the lines from your model year of car.

Nope. It's not an engine swap.

I'm putting a 92 JDM EJ20 in my 87 GL-10. I would really like to hook the A/C up. I have the compressor but need the high and low side lines. Can anyone help?
