Columbus OH area service shop

Hey everybody,

I moved to Columbus, OH last summer from the Washington DC area. I have a 2006 STI pushing 100K on the odometer. I am looking for suggestions on a good shop for some of the big maintenence items I have coming up.

Basically I am still on the stock clutch and can't believe I am not having any slippage yet, but expect it will need replaced soon and I want to get the timing belt/water pump changed at the same time.

Anybody have any suggestions on good, reputable places that could do this? I know that Byers is the local subie dealer here, but looking for some other options so I can shop around.

IPS. Talk to Erik Patterson. He'll hook you up. They produce the fastest cars in columbus and the fastest stock IRS Corvette in the world. Also, join columbusracing.com

No TIC is down here in Cincinnati. Only 2 hour drive though.

I have been using a small shop Mike's Foreign Car on West Broad str just west of DT Columbus for over 20 years very reputable for all my autos. See Mike the owner as a side note his wife and kids drive Subarus.

Sigma Tec is the only place I take my car. Can't say enough good things.

Covert Tuning Dynamics.... They have THE best Subi tuner in the area. SigmaTec is great for service. He also uses CTD(formerly ATS) for tuning.
