Can anyone recommend a body shop that's familiar with installation on a roof vane spoiler? Preferably in the Inland Empire, but willing to travel to the O.C. and L.A area.
I don't feel comfortable drilling into my car. I obtained three different quotes in my area and all three body shops wanted $500 plus. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you ![]()

Isn't it held up by double sided tape?

Thought about going that direction. How durable would double sided adhesive or tape work? Just curious.....and thanks again fellas.

I used the 3m double sided tape on my roof vain and it has held up for about 5 years now. Many track days, rain, 130mps runs.

My friend and I just installed an OEM roof vane on my wrx last night. We just used a small drill bit and took it the whole way through the car and then stepped it up a little bit at a time. It wasn't too bad. Just take your time and be patient.

If any member on the forum wants to make extra money to install this for me, I'm willing to pay $100-$150.
Not interested in adhesive or taping the OEM roof vane to the car. Thanx guys! |
