I am terrified....

I just woke up and I swear I'm not crazy
I just had the worst WORST nightmare of my life and I have to share it fast. Pretty much when I woke up my hands were numb, legs crossed, I couldnt talk or even speak and this insanely loud buzzing noise was.in my ears. I had a dream I had a son with my wife. I went to go pick him up and he turned into an alein. I SWEAR it was the scariest thing seeing him morph into one. Then he looked me in the eyes and without moving his.mouth told me im going to have a.girl.

In real life my wife is pregnant and were supposed to have a boy in june. If a girl comes out I dont know what to say. All I can say is that I felt like I was out of my body teleporting around in my dream. When I was waking up it felt like I went back into my body and my body was vibrating and ears buzzing. Im typing this.on my phone but im shivering right now. I cant explain this. Feels like a lucid dream or something. I woke up with my legs crossed lying on my back and arms crossed around my chest. I had visions of a shadow figure beside me but I was too scares to look. I had to share this , write this down right away even at 3 am on the phone. In my dream I also playfully stopped a missle from hitting a huge sky scraper. The voice of my son in my dream is haunting me. Have a good night guys, mine was horrible
Anyone ever have something like this happen to them?

More things to add:
When I tried to talk after waking up I couldn't, my mouth just clicked open and nothing came out

I felt so light and free in my dream roaming around everywhere
The feeling of coming back into my body had me feeling so heavy

I swear this was by far the worst nightmare ever
Its hard to explain

I'll detail this in the morning after work

my dreams always consist of a demon or death.

were I would have to drag my soul back fighting againsts death, feeling my soul getting pulled right out.

another one was a little demon piggy with horns.. I couldn't move but I've gad these dreams so often I learned to force my self to move.. waking up screaming.

first time it happened to me was when in the dreqm I was listwning to my parents, I heard my dad say if thw book of the devil reqlly exist and my body froze alittle as if someone waa taking over my body, from my feet to my head til I screamed amd prayed for jehova help..

its the scariest **** because it always happened in the same room I'm sleeping everything in place.

Oh, the wife and I had the what if the baby is a boy/girl discussion a few times. It's like we don't trust the machine or the technicians.

try sleeping on ur side, sleeping on ur back makes it easier to get these dreams.

Well thats why i'm freaking out because if it comes out a girl

A freakin little alien demon told me without moving its mouth but this whole time the ultrasound lady says boy

Dude nightmares suck. Im gonna try sleeping on my side. The worst thing I could of done is google lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis. I don't feel like sleeping anymore

I've had similar dreams. Especially one that always occurs around 3 am. There's usually some dark figure in the room calling my name. It's scary and super real but when I wake up I realize it was only a dream. But I know every time I have tripped out dreams I'm usually stressed beyond reason so I'm sure that's what is going on. Especially with the baby on the way

I like lucid dreaming... The idea that you're "conscious" while dreaming is kinda cool.

But, I've had sleep paralysis a couple times as well... That's some scary ****. Haven't gotten it in a number of years though... Maybe it's stress related?

Well tell you what guys
I don't care if anyone believes me or not. My wife has had 2 ultrasounds. Doctor told us both times it's a boy that's due in June. They are not supposed to tell you the sex of your baby but without asking they told us both times.

IF..... IF a girl comes out I'll probably faint, **** myself, believe that I was actually abducted in my dream and be terrified to sleep again lol

I've had those dreams several times. It's like you are paralyzed with the feeling of something is in the shadows of your room but you can’t yell for some reason. I lucid dream a lot which sucks because I have had dreams I’ve died many times. One dream I was stabbed to death and I could feel it, I laid their helpless and slowly dying. Another dream I was shot, my soul left my body and I was watching myself slowly die in an ally way. Most of my dreams feel completely real as if I am actually there. I’ve felt like I was fighting wars on other planets against aliens, etc.

One time during a paralysis type dream, I was looking around my room frozen in my bed. The ceiling became a huge window. I was looking up out a window that looked down on a city (if that makes sense). Then I felt this jolt in my chest and a bright white tunnel appeared. Each time I felt the jolt it got clearer, after like the 4th time I was able to see something. It was a vision through my eyes in another universe, I must have collapsed in a coffee shop and paramedics where trying to revive me. Softly after I woke up completely freaked out.

I have woken up with half my body asleep. One weird time I woke up to go to the bathroom and half my head was asleep which threw off my Equilibrium so I ended up running into everything on the way. What magnifies my lucid dreams are Advil PM’s, NyQuil, or Alcohol, makes it feel like an eternity in the dream but I still wake up feeling exhausted.
