Anybody here have any experience with infamous performance or crawford performance? I need to get some exhaust parts installed and would love to keep it local. I'm always down to support local commerce. What is an average rate for installing up pipe and cat back exhaust? Avg length of time also?

Crawford does not perform installs anymore. They send you to another shop for that (in Oceanside). They still offer tuning services.

We charge $299 for an up pipe install. $320 for up pipe and down pipe and cat back exhaust. Down pipe has to come off no matter what with the up pipe. Normally takes 2-4 hours.

Looking for an alignment shop who will work with me to get the right alignment for my setup and use, not tell me "all we can do is set it to factory specs".

Prefer Bakersfield, Palmdale, Lancaster or Valencia/Santa Clarita area...

Thoughts?

Hey guys, I'm out in LA from Phoenix for the month. On the drive up here my car started struggling @ wot. I have full boost, it just don't pull like she used to. Anyway I've searched through many pages on this topic and am wondering if there is any other shop closer to west-ish LA besides driving back inland or south. I'd like to get the car looked at before anything else gets worse. Thanks!

almost 30+ pages of tuners and shops that are 2+ hours away from me in SD.

Any one have any experience with HG Motorsports or ACG Automotive in San Diego? Both have AWD dyno's and great yelp reviews, but no feedback as far as actual tuning on subarus...anybody?

We are patiently awaiting the arrival of our brand new Mustang AWD Dyno. ETA is 6 weeks. We have tuned over 1000 Subarus and are located in N. San Diego County.

Are there any SoCal shops that have experience tuning EZ30D/EZ30R's or would have the know-how to attempt to?

This is not a direct request; this is just me wondering for future reference

Muellerized is the bomb! John does great work. Bear in mind they are almost always really really busy sometimes you need to stay on top of them but the end result is epic!

Anyone know a good place to find 02-05 wrx motor for a GC swap around OC? Also a shop that can do the swap for a good price? I live in OC and my GC doesn't currently move so I will have to get the car towed to the shop. Trying to keep it as local as I can. Any help would be great!!! Will buy a 6 pack for a great price referral!!

I'm looking at purchasing a used WRX and would like to find a shop to do a pre-purchase inspection and also for regular/routine maintenance and service. I will not be modding the car much however the WRX I'm looking at does have a Cobb Accessport, Cobb exhaust, and K&N Air filter.

I would like to find a place as close to Los Angeles (Koreatown/Silverlake/Glendale) as possible with a certified Subaru mechanic that can be trusted.

I'd prefer a shop within a 10 mile radius of the mentioned area as I would take it in even for oil changes.

Anybody add Prolific yet? They're located in Upland as well on Central, a couple miles north of the 10fwy.

I got my tranny conversion (auto to manual) done there and they took care of me from day 1. Honest guys and very professional. Frank and the guys are definitely legit.

Hey Guys, my motor finally gave up on me on my way home from work. I'm looking for a shop that sells rebuilt ej's (long block) either to factory spec or with forged internals that'll be ready to drop in I have an 02 wrx. If anyone can actually lead me in the right direction, i'd really appreciate it.

Been looking at Ubersport, EDO and Forman but can't really figure it out.

Thanks in advance!

Any shops in the San Fernando Valley that can install a Killer B oil pick up line? I suspect a crack in my old one and I will not be driving the car to a shop. So I plan on towing to a shop that isn't too far from Northridge. Anyone know of a place that knows works on subarus and have decent service rates? I already went through the list and most shops are too far or either closed.

Let me know if you know of any! Thanks!
