Default Ran different amount of tread depths.. uh oh?

Ok so I bought a 99 Impreza OBS 5 speed last week and the tires that were on it all had the same tread style but the front tires had far less tread than the rears. I immediately swapped to my wheels that have matching tread style and depth. Is there anything I should probably check? The transmission seems to be fine but I wonder if it may have hurt the rear diff. I do at times get "jumping" from the rear when I let out the clutch but it's only from a dead stop and not all the time either. Maybe time to swap to an RS rear diff?

I'd rather not, I like this car and cant have down time. I have a spare diff on a Legacy GT parts car that I know is good. Ill look it up and make sure they are the same and if they are Ill swap it out

If anything change your transmission fluid, but you should be fine. Nothing you do now will fix what would be damaged by running slightly different size tires, (center diff).

Yeah true, I just hope nothing grenades. The transmission is in awesome shape other than needing a new throw out bearing (its humming). There isn't any play in the front diff and it has 192,000 miles on it

So this problem seems to be getting worse. I hope it's not the center differential. After long highway cruises I will be going slow around corners in town and get some pretty nasty binding going on.
