Default Will a catless up-pipe / downpipe pass Colorado smog?

Just moved to CO - will a catless up-pipe & catted downpipe pass smog?

thanks for the responses. I edited the original post - downpipe is catted.
Does that make a difference?

You need to look up the area you live in and the code for smog.

If you live in the stix or rural area its possible you won't need it. But like I said look up the area you live in.

No one can ever give a for sure yes or no. People have aftermarket catted downpipes and fail regularly.
