I'm trying to put an '07 wrx back to stock that has a new engine in it. The last hurdle is how to deal w/the TGV Deletes which are in place.
Is there a way to flash in an open source tune to my stock ecu, so that I don't have to go through the hassle of finding stock TGV's, and installing them? Once I Unmarry the access port, what do I do? I've only used an AP, have no open source experience. Any feedback is appreciated.

unmarry the AP, then find someone with a Tactrix or as a local tuner to flash it..

You don't need a tactrix openport to read/flash, just a vag-com cable.
1. Download ecuflash from tactrix.com 2. Read the current rom (stock) from the ecu after you unmarry the AP 3. Disable all dtc's related to tgv's using ecuflash 4. Write the new rom to the car |
