Virtual Dyno (or any "road dyno" software") cannot be used on logs from actual dyno pulls. The road dyno calculates power based on acceleration over time, and it relies completely on the correct vehicle weight. During the dyno pull the motor is simply spinning some rollers. It is not actually moving the car forward. So the fact that your dyno numbers are somewhat close only tells you that the dyno probably simulates the car's weight fairly closely, but the logs from the dyno really should not be plotted or reviewed with Virtual Dyno for power comparisons.
