Default Awesome prices, not super happy with the entire transaction though.

I shipped to a different address than my billing. IIR has a great system to weed out potential scammers. I appreciate that. It's a great system.

I ordered 4 different things. First 3 came in no problem, 4th was a different story.

IIR sent me 3 tracking numbers, 2 were valid, 1 did not work. When I called and asked about the 1 that didnt work, I was told I was given someone else's UPS tracking#, and my last package was sent fedex. I thought this was kind of goofy, and didn't feel like the "whoops" explanation wasn't good enough for me spending SO much with a company. I was given the tracking number for my last order, and it came on schedule. (btw, I had to call. IIR was ractive instead of proactive)

My only advice as guy that works in the service industry for a multi-million dollar company, is that maybe your shipping department should be on point, and a little more accurate.

thank you, i completely agree. since its UPS that means it shipped from a supplier as we ship fedex and usps only at our shop. We gave you the # we were given. From time to time they can be wrong. But we are sorry that it took longer then normal to get you tracking. We are constantly trying to evolve and improve and take these notes to heart. have a great night!

I cant say enough about josh and IIR. I have had an absolute nightmare trying to get a working gauge setup in my car. most recently had a bit if an issue with usps. Josh gladly offered to assist me in getting resolved even tho none of it was their fault.

their customer service cant be beat. even when on the rare occasion I find parts cheaper somewhere else I still go back to IIR

Not enough words to say how good IIR has been! Almost everything I order comes from them and there are never any issues, great prices and beyond great service.

I recommend them to everyone I talk to and they have not been let down either.

In the past I had nothing but great things to say about IIR but I'm sad to say I will NEVER order anything from them again. My most recent order with them has been an absolute nightmare. I called to get clarification on how long powder coating services would take and was told 1-2 additional days which seemed reasonable. Since i was already on the phone i placed the order directly with josh. This was on a tuesday. I followed up on friday to get an update an was told that not only was it not shipped but that it hadnt even gone for powder coating yet becuase theyre coater only works on monday and tuesday. No previous mention of this. I than asked for a copy of my invoice to be emailed to me. They are currently offering free shipping on orders over 150$ yet even when my order totaled 1300$ I was charged for shipping. When I asked why I was told that the free shipping only applies to online orders not to phone orders. Again no previous mention of this while placing the order. I obviously would have placed it online to save 65$ in shipping.

At this point I asked when I could expect delivery since the original 5-7 day quote was not going to happen and was told it would be powder coated Monday and ship Tuesday. Followed up again Tuesday at 11 am to make sure everything was on schedule. The response I received was, we got it back from the powder coater. It will be shipped tomorrow afternoon. If they had it and said it would be shipped that day why would it simply sit another day.

This ridiculous delay, told 5-7 days, actual delivery still pending but already at 10 days, has been beyond frustrating and has caused me to have to cancel and reschedule my dyno time. On top of the delay the miserable customer service is what put me over the top with IIR. I've been a customer there for more than 2 years spending several thousand dollars with them. Never again

Just wanted to say Import Image did a great job with customer service. My wife got into contact with them about coilovers for my birthday and they helped her all the way through the initial needed information to the purchase. Stand up guys and cannot say enough good things about them other than we will continue doing business with them for all our STi needs!

Shipping is def super fast.

I pmd them late at night asking for a price on a Seibon hood and they qouted me the lowest out of everyone and i paid right then and there. 2 days later the hood arrived in perfect condition.

First let me say I know there are alot of people on this forum that like Import Image and have not had a problem with ordering from them so before anyone thinks about hitting the reply button to comment on that.

This is to tell you about my experience with Import Image and to alert others who are thinking about making their next purchase from them.

I have been in retail sales management for almost 20 years now so I usually just walk away from places that give bad customer service or do not care about their customers to never give them my business again. This time however I felt compelled to make this post because I actually gave this business a second chance after making a earlier purchase that did not go well due to poor communication on their part. I quickly learned my lesson again to just walk away and stay away.

On 3/18 I ordered a CNT catback exhaust by phone with them. I asked that an invoice be sent to my email address so I could have a copy for my records. I did not think this was unreasonable request of a business since just about every business I have ever done business with gave me a receipt after they charged my credit card.

On 3/19 I received an email from Frankie saying the exhaust had been discontinued and wanted to know if I would like to exchange it.

On 3/20 I called and was asked to leave a message for Frankie because he was busy. I am very busy so I understand if he was.

So I waited until 3/25 but yet no phone call back. I looked at my credit card statement and even though the order was never placed they still charged my card and had been sitting on my money from day 1 without so much as even the courtesy to give me a phone call.

On 3/25 I emailed them early in the morning asking about the other exhaust they wanted to exchange it for with no response.

On 3/26 I emailed again and said to just refund me the money. Now this gets a response from them asking if I still wanted to exchange it.

Since I knew emailing them back was just going to allow them sit on my money even longer I decided to call. I told them that I wanted an immediate refund and a copy of that sent to my email. I said since you couldnt send me a copy showing I was charged for something that I never purchased you could at least send me a refund for my money you have had for the last 8 days.

I was given some excuse about how it would take time to do this today and it would have to be tomorrow. Again being understanding I said that would be fine and I would expect to see a refund in my email tomorrow.

Guess What! No email today from them. Talk about poor customer service and just a pure lack of concern for it.

My advice to every subaru enthusiast I encounter

DO NOT BUY FROM IMPORT IMAGE!

Hello sir, Frankie was out on the 25th sick, We had to cancel the order with cnt and were not aware it was not in stock. We did refund you, normally will take 3-5 days as normal for it to show on your card by the same token it takes the same amount of time for us to receive $ from a card. you've been refunded and we are sorry you feel that way. Thanks. I think if it comes down to it I will buy your built street series motor and have Rich at Precision take a look. I am waiting on a call back from him. Heard anything on Procom?
