Why are you choosing between those? Gonna guess money. You would better off getting quality set if springs and stiffer struts.

Most of the cheap ones all the same Taiwanese product with different colors and logos so go with whatever is the cheapest one if you are gonna do it.

Stock... If those are the only coilovers you can afford then you should just stay stock.

Most people don't even need coilovers and just want something that will slam their ride, and they automatically think that coilovers will be better than springs. The truth is, at that price point, they both suck. Coilovers will need to be rebuilt every couple years depending on the quality...yet most people don't realize it.

Again, at that price point, you'll either have to pay to have them rebuilt very often, or you will have to pay to have them replaced because they will most likely break.

Stay stock, save your money, and re-evaluate your suspension goals... then research more... then do some more research... then spend the money you saved.

I've had this question before also, I think these might be helpful for you:

Spring/Strut/Coilover FAQ:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...ight=coilovers

Swaybars and Endlinks:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2462278

My Current set up for my 03' WRX Wagon is the Stance Supersport+ and I enjoy them.

I stuck with my Stock suspension as I read all of the reviews on NASIOC. I even stopped into a few performance shops to ask questions, and during my autocross classes and competitions I walked around asking a lot of nice women and men about there suspension set ups and there were lots with Stance, K&W, BC, Tien, APEXI, and Bilstein.

I hope you find something that will suit your needs! Good luck!
