Default pbr brake pads?

Hey guys. So I'm gonna do the brakes on my v2 sti. Front rotors have oxidization on them both, rears are good. So I'm gonna do front rotors and pads at all 4. As far as I know its the same brakig setup as turbo legacy, but i will measure my rotors tomorrow to be sure. Anyhow seeing as I may upgrade to 4 pots in the future i just wanna keep it DDable for now. I found a really good deal at 60 bucks shipped before taxes on a 200 dollar set of pbr deluxe mild ceramic pads. I figure for the money I cant go wrong. Any input would be appreciated. The website im looking on is autopartsway.ca I've ordered from them before to get a replacement master and slave cyl for my old rs and it was great.

For that price, you really can't go wrong. I've not first hand experience, but I've heard they're quite low-dust, and last a decently long time, but are not in any way performance orientated (for high-heat).

Hope that helps to some degree.

I have them currently on my RS. I found them to be pretty dusty, and quite aggressive. There is substantial wear in the front rotors, and the pads are not toast.

we've use those in customers cars that insist on a cheap brake job, ie: people who say holeinthewall shop can do a brake job for $xxx, why can you? they do the job, but no where near the oem quality.

Pro: they're cheap
Con: they're cheap
