Default Precision Turbo oil feed and return - need help

So what exactly do I need to connect them.

When I ordered them I got the oil feed npt to an adapter. I think the an side is -4, can anyone confirm?

For the return, I got something that looks like:

I think it's a 1/2" npt adapter. So how do I get this hooked up to the oil return?

Thanks

For the bottom I used a 1/2 npt to -10 45* elbow, the top I used a 90* 1/8 npt to -4 elbow.

Thanks for the info. That sounds pretty good. Any fitment issues / possible kinks with those measurements?

No, it fits well, I made a -10 hardline that makes a nice arc from the 45* on the return to the oem drain.

The oil return line is 5/8, same as -10 AN. Just get a 1/2" NPT to -10 AN adapter and run a nice -10 hose to the barb on the block, like this:

I have a question can you just get this parts instead:

Get this for the drain get this one and use a quality 5/8" ID oil line: http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...+5%2F8%22+Barb

For the supply it seems that you don't need a restrictor or their oil feed fitting at all:

http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...install-28.pdf

So you should be able to use this instead:

http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...+Feed+line+Kit

Am I missing anything?

You are correct on the oil feed. On the drain, I got a 45 an fitting because I couldn't get the oil return like to make the turn from the turbo to the oil inlet on the block without kinking. with the 45 deg drain fitting, no problems. And I tried every kind of oil return line, even the high quality blue one.

Are you using a banjo fitting on the block for the feed or a straight adapter?

It seems for the 07 WRX the banjo bolt that goes into block is a M12X1.25:

So I could get this for the block a M12x1.25 to -4AN straight adapter:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-AN-to-M12x...e9d482&vxp=mtr

For the line a -4AN braided line.. .but how long? about 24"?

and for the turbo a 1/8" MNPT to -4AN

I can get eveything for 30-40 bucks....

Juan - Does this mean you're going to a rotated PTE setup?
