Better as in? I think it is better to not do it ever if there is any chance you might compete. Or you end up like me, and being reliant on the mirror, that you can't use come meet day.

I have started so set-up away from the mirror because I use it far too much for squatting.(set-up, depth, etc)

Setting up is the only thing I really like about it. So I can see if I am lined up on the bar correctly.

You really do over complicate everything, don't you?

You have champagne and caviar taste, worried about fine tuning the valves on the Ferrari, but you're living at home and driving the 10 speed.

I just have to laugh that you're really worried about whether or not there's a mirror.

Don't you video tape half of your lifts anyway?

Not worried about it but it popped into my head and decided to see what you guys thought about it. I don't really have a choice at my gym becaue there's ****ing mirrors everywhere

I have video taped my squats before and some deadlifts. I have a total of 4 videos

So far today.. 3 clementines, a banana, a burrito bowl from Chipotle(im addicted), a steak wrapped in bacon, a protein shake, and a few handfulls of almonds.. and im still starving. I dont have any more meat here at the house to cook though so I think I might order a hot open turkey entree from the local diner. Mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, turkey..... drool.
