Default Sudden Power Loss

While I was driving last week, I felt a sudden power loss. In low and mid RPM's I notice about 25% power loss. The engine Rev's but no power even in first gear and second gear under normal driving conditions. However when I rev the car I can see the boost is reaching to higher levels but power is less. I check the fuel pressure in idle and its 3 bar (No probs with pump). No clutch slip and the clutch is new. The car runs on EMS ECU and MAF sensor is not used. Please let me know your comments.

Thanks in advance

Yes its making boost but slowly, But my issue is even in very low RPM's (1~2.5) under normal driving conditions its power is less (Ex taking the car out from the gaurage). It feels like clutch plate is gone (But clutch is new and no clutch slip at all). Yeah whould check the compression but I didnt drive the car in high boost for a very long time as I was not well (set to 0.8 bar now for normal driving).

Yes Found the issue. The reason was a blocked fuel filter. Replace the filter and also clean the small filter in the fuel pump
