Question Is the afta maf hose on the WRX the same as the STi

Like the thread title says, are the afta maf hoses the same for the WRX and the STi??

it should be, 90% of parts with the EJ series engine are interchangable

The OEM part is similar to an accordion hose, resulting in slower passage of air due to turbulence. The silicone aftermarket ones are smooth inside, less obstruction of air means it flows faster and easier. Some people think it makes a difference, others not so much.

Make the lid on the factory air box easier to get back on if you have an aftermarket turbo inlet too.
