Default Protect Transmission

I wanted to know if replacing the clutch and flywheel would help protect the transmission and much higher cost to replace. I will soon be at 330+wtq and was wanted to know the best way to strengthen the transmission. I have a heavy foot on a daily basis and plan to drag the car a few times a year. Also plan on installing new engine, transmission, and pitch stop mounts...will this make any difference as far as protection?
