Default Compression problems

Been blowing white smoke out of the exhaust from time to time, tuner says my compression could be bad in one cylinder, ringland or headgasket could be the problem. My question is, what potential problems could this cause?

Your motor is done, stop driving and replace. What more could it do? Break more components that you may not need to replace.

You may want to find a new tuner, if they said it MIGHT be bad compression. Why didn't they actually do a compression test and find out. Followed by a leakdown test to see where the issue is.
