Default UTEC and UTEC Delta compatibility

So my question is are the UTEC and Delta compatable as far as firmware and updates? I am wanting to get a new tune or possible new tunes but I am having trouble finding people that can tune it with a decent reputation. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks but Im in north florida and unfortunatly I have only two options locally and they are more or less in bed with eachother, and rumor has it that one of the two is not good for boxers. After talking to TXS they said that to get it tuned properly I could come to them in MD, which is kinda counter productive.
